The Jersey Shore Chefs Association a non-profit organization is holding its annual fundraiser “Winterfest 2019” celebrating what New Jersey has to offer. Members of our Chapter represent some of the finest talents in the Culinary field from Executive Chefs, Pastry Chefs, Caterers, Culinary Educators and Junior members. This evening includes hors d’oeuvre competition and chef stations. Combined with a Silent Auction allows us to give back to the community.
We support FulFill of Monmouth and Ocean Counties,The Victor J. Houston Scholarship Fund, Childhood Hunger Day as well as various events over the year. We are looking for donations to our Silent Auctions which in the past has had donations of gift certificates to area restaurant, golf club, sports memorabilia as well as any donations that could be used for our Silent Auction. We are a 501(c)3 organization Tax ID#223135330 and all donations are tax deductable to the fullest extent of the law. All events are being held at Crystal Point Yacht Club Point Pleasant Beach,NJ.
Along with all the food we will have a Silent Auction with various items featuring our Chef Dinners where you can have a professional chef come to your house and prepare a meal. These are truly a unique culinary experience.
